SHIPPING

DigitalOneTouch aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase, as mentioned on the product page. However, if you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. All regions of Malaysia are eligible for free delivery, however a shipping fee may be applied. Conditions for fees are as follows:

  • West Malaysia - Orders below RM200 - RM10

  • East Malaysia - Orders below RM200 - RM25

  • External Suppliers - Shipping charges will apply to items fulfilled directly by our external suppliers (where applicable), please contact our Customer Service.

  • Surcharge products – Some of products will incur a surcharge that does not abide by the above conditions. This surcharge is calculated based on the shipping area (where applicable). Please contact our Customer Service to know further.

In rare case that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
